Optional advertising measurement
No measurement choice has been saved yet.
What the booking form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, mobile number, wedding date or date status, venue or city, wedding region, services of interest, referral source, and any optional details you add. Text-message permission is separate and optional.
The booking page and its intake service are hosted on Render. The intake service
forwards the inquiry to the existing LPS processor at
shop.livepicturestudios.com, which delivers it into the LPS inquiry email
workflow. LPS uses a separate Neon Postgres database for delivery receipts; raw form
contact fields are not stored in that receipt database.
When an inquiry counts as a Lead
A page view, button click, form start, or submission attempt is not a Lead. A standard Meta Lead event is eligible only after the LPS intake service confirms that the existing mail processor accepted the inquiry.
Rejected, failed, filtered, timed-out, and otherwise unconfirmed attempts produce no browser Lead event. The browser and server use the same opaque event ID so Meta can deduplicate the accepted inquiry rather than count it twice.
If you allow measurement
The booking page loads the Meta Pixel for dataset 257773168728577 and may measure a page view plus a small set of booking-funnel actions. After an accepted inquiry, the browser may send a Lead event and the intake service may send the matching Lead through Meta's Conversions API.
For matching and deduplication, the server event may include one-way SHA-256 hashes of
the submitted email address and phone number, the request IP address and browser user
agent, and valid Meta _fbp or _fbc identifiers when present.
LPS does not send the name, wedding date, venue, services, message, or notes as Meta
event properties.
If you continue without measurement
The booking page does not load the Meta Pixel, and an accepted inquiry is not sent to Meta by the intake service. The form still works and the LPS team can still respond.
Campaign labels such as utm_source and utm_campaign can remain
in short-lived session storage and accompany the inquiry for LPS's first-party source
reporting. The booking host necessarily receives the requested URL when it delivers
the page. Before permission, the booking app does not copy advertising click IDs from
that URL into session storage, include them in the inquiry, or send them to Meta.
To compare the two landing-page experiences during the current browser-tab session, the page also stores a random assignment ID, the experiment name, and the assigned page variant in session storage. This first-party assignment works independently of optional Meta measurement and ends with the tab session. Its assignment record contains only those values and limited campaign labels—not form details or advertising click IDs—and the assignment ID is not placed in the page address or sent to Meta.
The intake service can retain that random assignment ID, experiment name, page variant, and limited UTM campaign labels for up to 90 days so LPS can calculate first-party form conversion. The assignment table does not store inquiry details, advertising click IDs, IP addresses, or browser user agents.
If this browser sends Global Privacy Control, the booking page keeps Meta measurement off and does not offer an override while that signal remains active.
Storage and retention
The page stores the measurement choice in local browser storage. When measurement is
allowed, campaign click identifiers may be kept in session storage and Meta may set
_fbp or _fbc cookies.
The LPS intake system is configured to clear hashed Meta matching data after 48 hours and delete operational delivery receipts after approximately 90 days. Inquiry emails and later client communications follow LPS's normal business record-retention practices.
Other services on these pages
The booking and thank-you pages request fonts from Google Fonts. As with an ordinary web request, Google can receive connection information such as the IP address and browser user agent needed to deliver those files.
The thank-you page does not contact Vimeo when it first loads. If you choose “Watch our one-minute purpose film,” it embeds the Vimeo player; Vimeo then receives the player request and handles it under Vimeo's privacy policy.
Changing your choice
Use the controls above or the “Tracking choices” control in the booking-page footer. A new choice applies to future activity in this browser. It cannot recall an event already sent after an earlier permission.
Turning measurement off removes accessible LPS-domain Meta browser cookies and clears stored click IDs from this booking session. Browser settings and Meta's own tools may provide additional controls.
