What this notice covers

This notice applies to the Live Picture Studios wedding-story and inquiry pages you are visiting. Other Live Picture Studios websites or services may provide their own notices.

02 · Information

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• Your name, partner name, email address, and mobile number.
• Your wedding date or “still deciding” status, venue or city, region, and services of interest.
• How you heard about us, any notes you add, and whether you want inquiry-related text messages.

We also process limited technical and referral information needed to operate and secure the form, such as timestamps, request data, the page that referred you, and campaign parameters included in the page address.

To keep the landing-page comparison consistent during your current browser-tab session, this experience stores a random assignment ID, the experiment name, and the assigned page variant in session browser storage. This short-lived assignment works independently of your optional advertising-measurement choice and ends with the tab session. The assignment record contains only those three values and limited campaign labels; it does not include your form details or advertising click IDs, and the assignment ID is not placed in the page address or sent to Meta.

The intake service can retain that random assignment ID, experiment name, page variant, and limited UTM campaign labels for up to 90 days so LPS can calculate first-party form conversion. The assignment table does not store inquiry details, advertising click IDs, IP addresses, or browser user agents.

03 · Use

How we use information

We use inquiry information to check availability, understand what you are planning, respond to you, recommend appropriate services, maintain our business records, prevent abuse, and improve the inquiry experience.

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number for conversations related to your inquiry. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services.

04 · Measurement

Optional advertising measurement

The inquiry form works whether you allow optional measurement or decline it. If you allow measurement, we may use Meta technologies to understand whether an ad led to a page visit or an accepted inquiry. That may involve browser identifiers, event details, and privacy-protected matching information sent through browser and server measurement tools.

If you decline, we do not activate optional browser measurement from this experience. We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a decline for optional measurement.

05 · Providers

When information is shared

Render hosts this experience and the inquiry intake service. Neon stores the inquiry delivery state used to process and verify submissions. The existing Live Picture Studios mail processor delivers the formatted inquiry to our wedding team.

If you allow optional measurement, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API may receive measurement events and privacy-protected matching information. Meta measurement is not activated through this experience when you decline or when Global Privacy Control is enabled.

The purpose video uses Vimeo. The Vimeo player is not loaded until you choose to play the video; once loaded, Vimeo receives the technical information normally sent by your browser when connecting to its service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not publish the details you submit through this form.

06 · Retention

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

07 · Choices

Your choices

• You can decline optional advertising measurement and change that choice later using “Tracking choices.”
• You can leave the SMS option unchecked, or reply STOP to an inquiry-related text to opt out.
• You can ask us to correct or delete inquiry information, subject to records we need to retain.

This experience is intended for adults planning wedding services and is not directed to children.
